Order Upon consideration of the petition filed by Defendant (Share Corporation) in this matter for discretionary review of the decision of the North Carolina Court of Appeals pursuant to G.S. 7A-31, the following order was entered and is hereby certified to the North Carolina Court of Appeals: Allowed, review limited to the following issues: (1) Attorneys fee awards under tortious interference claims and N.C.G.S. Chapter 75 claims, and (2) whether the findings of fact are sufficient to support the amount of attorneys fees awarded in this case.
